By creating an account and using Callroom, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Callroom is intended for medical residents and residency program directors at accredited medical institutions. By signing up, you confirm that you are a medical resident, fellow, or program director currently affiliated with a medical residency program.
Callroom is a wellness tracking and peer support tool. It is not a medical device, clinical tool, or substitute for professional mental health care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact your institution's employee assistance program, the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988), or seek emergency care.
If you register as a Program Director, you agree to use resident wellness data solely for the purpose of supporting resident wellbeing within your program. You agree not to use data in disciplinary proceedings or in any manner that could harm residents professionally.
Callroom is currently a beta product provided free of charge. We make no guarantees about uptime, data durability, or continued availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any major changes.
Callroom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callroom and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information in the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@callroom.io.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Callroom after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
